These website terms are a concise purchasing notice. The full source-code usage rights and restrictions are governed by the Commercial License included with the purchased product.

Product

Maui Offline-First Starter Kit is a digital source-code product for developers building offline-first .NET MAUI applications backed by an ASP.NET Core API.

License

Purchase grants a commercial license rather than ownership of the Starter Kit copyright. The selected Developer or Team license controls the number of authorized developers. Commercial projects, SaaS, internal software, client projects, and source modification are permitted subject to the full Commercial License.

Restrictions

The Starter Kit may not be publicly redistributed, resold as a starter/template/boilerplate, shared beyond licensed seats, or used to create a substantially equivalent competing source-code starter product. Client source delivery is permitted only under the conditions in the full Commercial License.

Digital delivery

The product is delivered digitally through the selected merchant-of-record / storefront. Availability of download links, receipts, invoices, and payment methods may be governed by that provider's terms.

Technical scope

Windows and Android were functionally validated for version 1.0.0. iOS and Mac Catalyst are source targets and were compile-checked, but are not functionally certified in v1. Guaranteed background sync, realtime sync, attachments/media sync, and push notifications are not included in v1.

Support

The purchased version has a 12-month Technical Validity Period from the Purchase Date with reasonable technical assistance as described in the Commercial License. This does not create a 24/7 SLA, lifetime support promise, or custom-development obligation.

Applicable rights

Mandatory consumer, statutory warranty, venue, and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
